• Support and develop relationships with existing customers, gradually taking ownership of accounts within the assigned territory • Promote Beckman Coulter’s diagnostic solutions through regular customer visits, virtual meetings, and product discussions, with structured guidance and onboarding • Identify new sales opportunities and assist in expanding the customer base, learning how to navigate clinical and laboratory environments • Collaborate closely with application specialists, service engineers, and senior sales colleagues to ensure smooth customer experience and issue resolution • Support tender processes, quotations, and sales reporting while learning how to manage longer-term, structured sales cycles in diagnostics
• Degree in life sciences (e.g. biotechnology, medical laboratory sciences, molecular biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or similar diagnostics-related field) • Initial experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or laboratory/diagnostics environments (commercial exposure highly valued) • Basic understanding of diagnostics or laboratory workflows, with strong interest in developing a sales career in healthcare • High motivation to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in sales, combined with a proactive and reliable working style • Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup while being part of a team • Willingness to travel to meet customers and prospective clients (~60–80%)
