📋 Description

• Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solutions meet customer objectives using industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen • Lead entire work streams for relevant Oracle applications • Conduct systems strategy and business requirements gathering • Perform fit-gap analysis and as-is/to-be process design • Facilitate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions • Configure Oracle SCM solutions functionally • Manage testing and client user training • Implement Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management • Support implementations involving OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator • Participate in Oracle EBS upgrade and transformation projects • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments • Work independently and manage multiple task assignments • Troubleshoot problems and support stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Any Degree required • 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM solutions and enterprise application delivery • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations • 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle SCM modules, including OTC, PTP, RTR, PTD, Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, GOP, AR, AP, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, Costing, or Configurator • Prior experience with Oracle EBS upgrades required • Extensive implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management • Experience with Oracle Order Management, WMS, Manufacturing (MFG), and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) highly preferred • Experience in systems strategy, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, CRP sessions, functional configuration, testing, and client user training • Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong oral and written communication skills including MS Visio and MS PowerPoint • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Relevant SCM certifications; candidate must have Oracle Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management Cloud certification or obtain one within the first 90 days of employment • Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams across global delivery environments • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments effectively
