📋 Description

• IT expert for the OPUS::L laboratory information system in clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunohematology and transfusion medicine • Independent fault analysis and development of solutions in collaboration with development, consulting and service teams • Qualified escalation of software bugs and customer requirements • Training and knowledge transfer within the support teams • Professional and solution-oriented customer communication via phone and in writing

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in IT or several years of experience in development or IT • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking • Proficiency in common scripting languages • Solid knowledge of SQL queries and database management • Experience with Linux, e.g. shell, is an advantage • Interest in working in an agile team and in the resilient healthcare sector • Communicative personality with a careful work style and high quality standards
