• Join DSV’s venture creation programme as a Founder in Residence • Work closely with the DSV team to spin-out a new company • Work on all aspects related to venture creation • Build a team and viable business case • Incorporate the new venture with pre-seed investment • Own majority stake in the business • Receive support from the DSV team post-spinout • Design a precise and conditional gene replacement therapy • Develop technology to cure and prevent disease in the NF patient population • Utilize next-generation nanoparticles for safe and efficient distribution • Maximize the platform potential of the therapy • Join a team of experienced operators • Receive tailored guidance, resources, and feedback • Work with accomplished scientific leader Dr. Liron Elkouby

Requirements

• PhD and/or medical background in gene therapy, nanomedicine, medicinal chemistry, biomedical engineering, or non-viral delivery systems • Expertise in Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) or other nanoparticle delivery systems • Understanding of nanomedicine at the chemical and manufacturing level • Highly motivated to solve challenges in genetic diseases • Innovative, creative, and guided by first-principles thinking • Clear entrepreneurial spirit • Desire to develop curative solutions for genetic diseases
