📋 Description

• Conduct independent research and sourcing for recruitment assignments • Identify relevant target companies and suitable candidates • Approach potential candidates directly and personally • Conduct initial and screening interviews • Assess experience, motivation, and professional fit • Prepare and present suitable candidate profiles in a structured manner • Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process • Independently follow up on feedback, appointments, and next steps • Work with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or research—ideally in a technology or deep-tech environment • Defence experience is desirable but not required • Confidence in direct communication with candidates • Enjoyment of research and the ability to identify challenging and hard-to-find profiles • Structured, independent, and reliable working style • High standards of quality and strong attention to detail • Initiative and the ability to drive processes forward independently • Interest in technical topics and emerging markets • Business-fluent German and confident English • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
