The organization offers government-funded courses (via Bildungsgutschein) designed for jobseekers and career changers, combining live online instruction, job coaching, placement support, and course materials (including loaned laptops). Programs are structured for rapid upskilling (e. g. , six-month courses) and emphasize practical skills like DATEV, payroll, bookkeeping and tax law.

📋 Description

• You take full entrepreneurial responsibility for DELA, including operational, strategic, and commercial leadership. • Identify and scale 1–2 new course verticals per year. • Manage performance marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO. • Build and optimize a sales funnel. • Lead inbound sales educational advisors and streamline them for efficiency. • Full P&L responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or equivalent qualification with proven leadership experience, ideally with a focus on business administration. • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a competitive environment: startup (preferred), as a managing director or senior leader in an educational provider, consulting firm, or comparable organization. • Demonstrable P&L responsibility. • Experience building a structured sales organization. • Strong digital skills. • Residence in Germany (AZAV mandatory requirement).
