📋 Description

• Create and issue invoices to customers for goods and services rendered • Receive and record customer payments through checks, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers • Apply payments to customer accounts and ensure accurate allocation • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits • Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers through phone, email, or other communication methods • Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies • Analyze accounts receivable aging reports • Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely revenue recognition • Develop and implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and minimize bad debt • Perform ad hoc tasks aligned with the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or equivalent • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software • Strong working knowledge using Excel, pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc. • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments • Maintaining high accuracy in financial records and attention to detail in every aspect of the job • CPA or CMA are a plus but not required
