📋 Description

• Assist property owners with account questions, ledgers, and online portal payments • Process, verify, and post receipts for assessments, fees, and fines • Research and resolve account discrepancies • Process and record assessments, fees, fines, waivers, miscellaneous chargebacks, and bank corrections • Maintain payment and account-status records • Coordinate with other departments to keep records, ledgers, and journals accurate and current • Work with collections to review accounts, payments, credit history, and repayment terms • Perform administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, statements, account histories, and client contact • Generate reports and statements for internal use • Process ACH and check payment returns on owner ledgers • Process owner refunds for accounts payable to issue payment • Cross-train and provide coverage for accounts payable/receivable team members • Complete other projects assigned by the supervisor
