📋 Description

• Support Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination • Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and basic project plans • Help gather project requirements from internal teams and clients • Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation in an organized manner • Track project progress and update project management tools regularly • Assist in monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and task completion across teams • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure tasks are progressing as planned • Support risk and issue tracking by maintaining logs and escalating when needed • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes • Assist in preparing weekly/monthly project status reports • Compile data on project progress, delays, and resource usage • Support Project Managers in identifying gaps and project bottlenecks • Ensure all project updates are accurately reflected in reporting dashboards • Support standardization of project management templates and processes • Help maintain consistency in project documentation across teams • Identify basic improvement opportunities in workflows and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or similar support roles • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured processes • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Basic understanding of project management concepts is an advantage • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or related fields • Interest in pursuing a long-term career in Project Management or PMO
