📋 Description

• Analyze Telecom operational and performance indicators • Develop dashboards and management reports • Identify variances, trends, and improvement opportunities • Prepare executive presentations for leadership and senior management • Support decision-making through data and KPI analysis • Monitor SLAs, network availability, MTTR, MTBF, incidents, backlog, latency, jitter, packet loss, bandwidth utilization, network capacity, productivity, recurrence, and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the Telecom industry • Experience with data and KPI analysis • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel • Strong analytical and communication skills • Maturity and confidence in presenting results to senior leadership • Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus • Experience with Telecom BI (mandatory screening question) • Willingness to work as an independent contractor (mandatory screening question)
