📋 Description

• Analyze operational and performance indicators for telecommunications services • Develop dashboards and management reports • Identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for improvement • Prepare executive presentations for leadership and senior management • Support decision-making through data and KPI analysis • Work with SLAs, network availability, MTTR, MTBF, incidents, backlog, latency, jitter, packet loss, bandwidth utilization, network capacity, productivity, recurrence, and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in telecommunications • Experience with data and KPI analysis • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel • Strong analytical and communication skills • Maturity and confidence in presenting results to senior leadership • Knowledge of SQL and Python is considered an advantage • Experience with telecommunications business intelligence • Willingness to work under a Brazilian PJ contractor arrangement
