Description

• Lead development teams in launching Greenfield/Retrofit automated sites • Work with Project Manager, Systems Engineer, Site Manager, automation and software suppliers, and external systems teams • Support pre- and post-go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions • Test planning and execution for material handling equipment • Data analysis and reporting • Problem-solving and root cause analysis • Quality assurance and compliance with industry standards • Collaboration with suppliers, procurement, and quality assurance teams • Continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of experience in testing engineering, specifically with material handling equipment or similar industrial products • Experience managing large systems and physical programs including PLC/WES/WCS conversions, launches, and automation go-lives • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods • Proficient in using testing equipment, data acquisition systems, and related software tools • Effective communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
