• Serve as the company's primary point of contact with contracting officials and/or Prime Contractor's Subcontracts Administrator for all assigned contracts, to ensure contractual actions are delivered accurately and on time • Negotiate contract terms and conditions from proposal stage to contract close-out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies • Negotiate pricing and terms/conditions with subcontractors • Evaluate supplier proposal responses • Administer contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, to include FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursement, IDIQs, etc. • Lead the resolution of contractual issues working closely with business stakeholders, functional counterparts, and customers • Review solicitation requests to ensure compliance with terms and conditions • Analyze contractual risks and identify risk mitigation activities • Conduct price and cost analysis • Assist with proposal pricings and narratives • Create moderate to complex RFP solicitations in accordance with Government requirements • Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices and communicate to internal business teams • Assist and maintain GSA schedule • Review and approve Purchase Orders through the Unanet System • Contribute to the measurement and monitoring of Small Business use and goals • Prepare Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) compliant files • Prepare and ensure Annual Representations and Certifications are completed • Participate in special projects as required
• 4-8 years of relevant experience • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Must possess exceptional knowledge of U.S. Government Contracting requirements, including but not limited to knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Purchasing Systems, and Estimating Systems • Experience negotiating with U.S. Government Contracting Officers and other contract/subcontract terms and conditions • Successful history of managing a variety of contract types, interfacing with internal and external customers, other functional support staff, and suppliers • Experience maintaining GSA schedule preferred • Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Must be able to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environment • Diligence and critical thinking skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Software skills: Microsoft Office skills to include Microsoft Forms, Word and Excel, Adobe, and working with Accounting Systems (i.e., Unanet) • Requires attention to detail, high degree of maturity and professionalism, logical thinking, and excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
