• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward. • Arrange and present introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share the background of Dexterity with prospects. • Conduct individual account research to collect more info and understand them better. • Connect, promote, and market Dexterity through consistent engagement with top prospective accounts. • Provide thorough information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive opportunity handoff. • Research and evaluate additional leads/contacts through web research and outreach. • Maintain all activity, account, contact, and opportunity information accurately in Salesforce/HubSpot.
• 5+ years of enterprise inside sales or business development-related sales experience (preferred). • Familiarity with selling SaaS-based products and solutions. (preferred). • CRM experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce (preferred). • Working knowledge of warehouse automation, logistics, and / or robotics (preferred). • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills. • Proven track record demonstrating the ability to articulate complex issues clearly via phone and email. • Passion for selling and a commitment to developing as an account executive • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships. • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
