Description

DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to join our highly competent team. This individual will collaborate with customers, partners, engineers, and the sales team to lead IT solution projects such as migrations, deployments, assessments/surveys, technology modernization as well as internal strategic and continuous improvement projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a highly motivated individual who has an in-depth knowledge of the technical solutions and how they are deployed, a proven track record of successful project management, the ability to oversee and guide project teams to deliver high-quality results, and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, information technology, or a related field. • Experience managing projects with a strong preference for technology consulting and/or implementing a full suite of Microsoft products. • Experience managing projects in conjunction with partner resources. • Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and project teams. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. • Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools and project management software such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience using MS Dynamics Project Operations to manage projects highly preferred. • Experience working in a consulting environment preferred. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Azure is preferred.
