• Join the Sales organization at Dialpad as a Sales Engineer to provide innovative customer solutions • Partner with Account Executives to close major deals and contribute to the company's success • Engage with various teams within Dialpad including Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support • Shadow Sales Engineers and Account Executives to learn about discovery calls, demos, and integrations • Work with the Sales Engineering team on technical discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience in Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar roles • Proficiency in various cloud communications platforms and contact center solutions • Strong technical skills in network infrastructure, VoIP technologies, and enterprise service delivery • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and find root causes of problems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different organizational levels
