📋 Description
• Assist with customer service • Apply sales techniques • Provide administrative support to the company’s departments • Prepare basic reports and follow up on requests • Manage leads • Support field teams • Update and manage the CRM
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Spanish • Knowledge of CRM systems and spreadsheets • Sales experience • Organized and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Reliable internet access and a suitable environment for remote work • Brazil hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; during daylight saving time, the schedule shifts by one hour • Availability to observe U.S. holidays
