Description

• Play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our test automation strategy • Provide substantial input into overall test processes and life cycles • Focused manual testing of new features and bug fixes across our product landscape • Exploratory testing of existing products • Expanding and maintaining automated testing libraries • Own processes we have with external QA providers/services

Requirements

• Degree in relevant field with 5+ years of industry experience • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines • History of working with JS Automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, or similar • Strong experience with manual and exploratory testing • Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Typescript • Good experience in version control tools such as GIT and GitHub • Experience and understanding of CI/CD • Understanding of various testing methodologies and categories. • Ability to effectively interact with Team Leader, fellow team members and product stakeholders. • Worked in an agile environment with a good understanding of agile processes (Kanban) • Experience with testing software for accessibility issues (WCAG) • Openness to trying new technologies and solutions • Experience with visual regression testing • Familiarity with and ideally experience testing against security best practices (OWASP)
