📋 Description
• Conduct full recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, headhunting, job advertising, interviews, administering tests, and providing evaluations). • Manage all stages of the selection process independently and remotely.
🎯 Requirements
• Required experience in recruitment and selection, from operational to strategic roles. • Must reside in Blumenau or surrounding area • Own laptop • Availability to work during business hours • Advantage: currently studying for or degree in Human Resources or Psychology
