📋 Description
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing resumes, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing evaluation reports • Manage all stages of the recruitment process autonomously and remotely
🎯 Requirements
• Must have experience in recruitment and selection for roles ranging from operational to strategic • Reside in Blumenau or the surrounding region • Own laptop • Availability to work during business hours • Preferred: currently studying or degree in Human Resources (HR) or Psychology
