📋 Description
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including resume sourcing, candidate hunting, job posting, interviews, test administration, and candidate assessments. • Independently manage all stages of the recruitment process remotely.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection for roles ranging from operational to strategic positions. • Reside in Blumenau or the surrounding area. • Own laptop. • Availability to work during regular business hours. • Preferred: currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
