📋 Description

• Publish job openings on job boards, sourcing channels, and professional networks • Screen profiles that meet the requested prerequisites • Source qualified professionals who are not actively looking for employment • Conduct online conversations to assess candidates’ competencies • Provide feedback on the results to successful and unsuccessful participants • Coordinate the process through to hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Degree holder or student in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration • Proficiency with job platforms and ATS systems such as Pandapé • Knowledge of methodologies such as competency-based interviewing • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing • Understanding of client companies’ goals to identify the ideal cultural fit • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • High school diploma • Enjoys working with people • Productivity-oriented • Comfortable working with targets • Agility • Empathy
