📋 Description
• Conduct full recruitment processes (CV sourcing, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing evaluations) • Manage all stages of the recruitment process independently and remotely
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in recruitment and selection required, covering roles from operational to strategic levels • Must reside in Blumenau or the surrounding region • Own laptop • Availability to work during business hours • Advantage: currently studying for or holding a degree in HR or Psychology
