• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for technical, GTM, and other roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities • Improve data-driven recruiting processes • Lead scalable recruiting processes • Drive recommendations for hiring efficiencies • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience • Identify and implement employer branding strategies • Track talent market trends • Expert user of internal recruiting tools • Practice inclusive recruiting • Collaborate with People team on ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including technical and business recruiting experience • 1+ years of experience at a high-growth startup • Ability to work in a fast-growing environment • Successful track record of achieving hiring targets and metrics • High sense of accountability and dedication • Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with recruiting tools like Lever, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter
