📋 Description

• Lead the transformation from the front lines, while owning the Patient Engagement area. • Stay deeply hands-on in the code and pioneer AI-enabled development practices. • Lead a small, high-caliber team — one Engineering Manager and a group of 4-6 senior individual contributors. • Drive the AI-powered product development transformation, working directly with code, teams, and the wider Engineering community. • Focus on Patient Engagement initiatives that impact how people interact with their healthcare, engagement, retention, and continuity of care.

🎯 Requirements

• solid hands-on experience using AI to accelerate software development, • improving how code is written, reviewed, and refactored, • strong judgment on when to rely on AI versus traditional approaches. • involvement in complex software delivery, including regulated environments where quality and reliability matter. • Technical lead followed by people naturally as you consistently deliver results. • Thriving in ambiguity and being the first to try something new, • helping others navigate the same path. • A passion for teaching and mentoring through pairing, retrospectives, or helping others level up. • A focus on measuring what matters and iterating relentlessly to build software that is faster, better, and more impactful.
