Description

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including order processing and contract management • Perform routine audits on a variety of sales agreements and support the Sales teams with understanding bookings rules and contracting processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between sales, product and customer success to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales processes, proposing and implementing solutions for improvement • Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights for decision-making • Assist in updating tools such as AWS’s APN portal to provide for lead updating, account provisioning and consolidation support • Maintain and update vendor and partner systems, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience • Proficiency with Microsoft/Google Workspace and other productivity applications and platforms • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment • Basic understanding of sales processes and analytics • High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc) is a plus
