• Donorbox is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in providing strategic insights and analytical support across marketing, operations, and business intelligence functions, enabling us to drive global philanthropy forward. • As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights that will help guide the development and improvement of our products. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Data Science, or related field and 4 years experience in data analytics or related field • Deep understanding of Advanced SQL techniques and data modeling • In-depth knowledge of visualization tools, data modeling, data transformation, and data visualization • Experience in marketing analytics with design experiments, developing statistical models, measuring campaigns, and identifying optimization opportunities, or using data and analytics in technology or SaaS • Experience in data science, building robust data pipelines and solving high impact business problems • Masterful data storytelling and strategic thinking, with an ability to inspire and cultivate the Data culture across our company • Well versed with various Business Intelligence platforms and tools • Experience working with various levels of business stakeholders, from c-suite to engineering and product development teams. • Working on multiple work streams excites you, and you are able to use ambiguity as an opportunity for high-level thinking • Experience creating data product strategies, building data products, and continued iteration after launch
