📋 Description

• Running proactive outbound campaigns. Develop and execute targeted outbound initiatives to attract new advertisers and strengthen relationships with existing clients. • Driving revenue growth through meaningful partnerships. Build and maintain a high-value pipeline of brand advertisers, identifying opportunities that align with Dribbble’s audience and mission. • Selling and optimizing ad inventory. Strategically manage and sell our display ad inventory, ensuring optimal performance and revenue impact. • Developing standout sponsorships. Craft bespoke, brand-centric sponsorship opportunities that elevate partner storytelling and resonate authentically with the design community. • Collaborating across teams for seamless execution. Partner closely with sales and product teams to ensure every campaign is delivered flawlessly and drives measurable results. • Cultivating trusted industry relationships. Foster lasting partnerships across the design and advertising landscape, becoming a trusted advisor to brands that inspire creative professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience. You have solid experience in display ad sales and a strong grasp of the advertising landscape. • You’re comfortable using CRM tools like Pipedrive, and you understand how marketing strategy, data, and market insights come together to drive smart, results-oriented decisions. • A proven track record. Your successful track record includes building and managing sales pipelines, collaborating effectively cross-functionally, and cultivating creative, brand-centric relationships. • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You have the ability to establish rapport and trust. • You care about building strong and lasting relationships, and it shows in the way you communicate with care and precision. • Genuine enthusiasm for Dribbble and/or the design community. Together, we can foster a collaborative and vibrant environment where creativity thrives and design excellence is celebrated. • Authenticity. You approach your work without ego and focus on the success of the team. • Comfortable carrying a quota. You’re comfortable working towards and exceeding goals that align with your responsibilities and are motivated by success. • Strong time management and organizational skills. You are experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking.
