Description
• Lead all regulatory compliance efforts at OLIPOP • Collaborate with various teams including Quality Assurance, R&D, Marketing, and Commercialization • Develop and maintain regulatory policies and systems • Monitor federal and state regulatory developments • Manage certifications and compliance requirements • Audit Regulatory information on labels • Develop compliance verification testing for all claims and label information
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related discipline • 7-10 years experience in beverage packaging compliance • Knowledge of FTC advertising regulations and industry best practices • Familiarity with Genesis R&D and FoodLogiq software • Understanding of international labeling laws • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
