📋 Description
• You support the founder + scale our hiring + own the operational infrastructure that keeps DZD running. • Coordinating the hiring pipeline, scheduling, internal communication, ATS hygiene. • Inbox triage, calendar management, prep docs, follow-up reminders, scheduling. • SOP drafting, process docs, internal organisation, Notion/Drive maintenance. • Backstop on internal handoff hygiene when the project manager is heads-down on client work. • Weekly load shifts between lanes.
