📋 Description

• Define, communicate and maintain the vision, strategy and roadmap for the products under your responsibility • Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, business areas, technology and multidisciplinary teams • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, epics, features and user stories • Lead product-related Agile ceremonies, supporting the team in setting priorities and clarifying requirements • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs) to assess product success and propose continuous improvements • Conduct market, competitor, trend and user behavior analysis to identify opportunities for product evolution • Ensure deliveries are aligned with customer expectations, organizational strategy and business goals • Support change management resulting from the implementation of new features and processes • Influence strategic decisions related to the product lifecycle, including launch, evolution and discontinuation • Mentor Product Analysts and other more junior professionals in the area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related fields • Advanced knowledge of Agile Scrum • Advanced knowledge of Kanban • Advanced knowledge of PMBOK • Advanced knowledge of BPM • Advanced English (participation in meetings) • Remote position, with headquarters located in Campinas
