📋 Description

• Define and evolve the Payments Squad strategy, ensuring a clear medium- and long-term vision • Lead the evolution of the payments journey, including corporate card, PIX, boleto, cash in/cash out, and budget management • Map and improve the end-to-end financial journey, from account setup to transaction reconciliation • Simplify complex financial processes into intuitive, scalable, and reliable experiences • Identify improvement opportunities and validate solutions through continuous experimentation • Balance user experience, security, compliance, and operational efficiency • Define and track product success metrics • Structure the roadmap considering impact on customers, the business, and operations • Drive evidence-based decisions and turn opportunities into testable hypotheses • Identify applications of AI and automation to increase operational efficiency and improve user experience • Continuously measure the impact of implemented solutions • Work in partnership with squads and other company areas to ensure an integrated experience • Manage dependencies with strategic partners and vendors in the payments ecosystem • Influence decisions and align priorities across business, technology, and executive leadership • Lead discovery and delivery alongside Design, Engineering, and Data teams • Communicate decisions, risks, and trade-offs to diverse audiences • Operate with autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to influence to elevate product discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager • At least 3 to 5 years in a Senior or Specialist PM role • Minimum of 3 years of experience with payments products, fintechs, expense management, or B2B financial products • Experience managing products with multiple external dependencies, including vendors, regulators, and integrations • Knowledge of card transaction lifecycle: authorization, clearing, and settlement • Knowledge of fraud prevention, including authorization rules, anomaly detection, and balancing security with UX • Knowledge of top-up/recharge methods such as PIX and boleto, including timings, costs, and integrations • Knowledge of LGPD and AML/KYC • Familiarity with Central Bank resolutions (desirable) • Strong analytical skills to define metrics, monitor indicators, and investigate anomalies • Experience with dashboards and data tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker • Knowledge of A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation • Practical knowledge of automation and AI applied to products • Native-level Portuguese • Intermediate English • Critical thinking, autonomy, data orientation, user-experience focus, communication and influence, resilience and adaptability, and intellectual humility • Differentiators: experience in fintechs or high-growth startups; OKRs, JTBD, and Design Thinking; B2B SaaS products and metrics like CAC, LTV, churn, and expansion rate
