• Lead the development and implementation of account strategies and plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability in the vertical market • Manage the overall relationship with key accounts, ensuring excellence in service delivery and customer experience • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer representatives across multiple geographic regions and functions • Act as the single commercial point of contact for all account-related matters, including contract negotiations and escalations • Identify and develop new business opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders across DSV divisions • Use industry knowledge, customer data and market trends to shape value propositions and account management plans • Promote operational and commercial alignment between divisions to ensure consistent global execution • Monitor financial and performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer retention and customer satisfaction • Drive cross-selling and innovation opportunities to expand DSV’s market share.
• Relevant university degree providing strong analytical and professional foundations • 5+ years of experience in business development or in commercial leadership roles within logistics, or experience in the aerospace & defense vertical market • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional customer relationships and achieve measurable growth targets • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and management • Deep understanding of logistics, transportation and supply chain operations, including commercial and financial aspects • Excellent communication, persuasion and stakeholder-management skills across cultural and organizational levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by CRM and performance management tools • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
