📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to landlords using company-provided leads. • Introduce and promote the company's property management and leasing services. • Build rapport with property owners and identify their rental needs. • Qualify prospects and convert them into potential clients. • Follow up with interested landlords via phone and email. • Contact prospective tenants through outbound calls. • Qualify tenant inquiries based on rental requirements. • Schedule appointments and property viewings. • Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in the CRM. • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-up and appointment management.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or real estate. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Confident speaking with prospects over the phone. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable handling objections and following up with leads. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Proficient with email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet performance targets.
