• Application Support Analyst position • Report to IT director • Manage administrative functions for Netsuite • Design, audit, and implement Netsuite integrations • Use analytics, data audits, and workflow audits to improve customer experience • Design and monitor reports and dashboards • Produce documentation and training materials • Stay updated on market and technology trends

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT or relevant tech experience • Minimum 5 years experience with Netsuite Administration • Knowledge of Openair, Certify, Hubspot, Salesforce preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines • Curious and enjoys learning • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail and structured thinking • Team-oriented and willing to work collaboratively
