Description

• Provide comprehensive IT support • Manage ticket systems • Assist in provisioning, troubleshooting, and re-provisioning of laptop computers • Procure and configure secure software • Oversee tracking of hardware and software assets • Assist in administering Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe product management • Handle G-Suite administration to a limited extent • Address support tickets and escalate issues as necessary • Provide occasional support to international offices outside regular hours • Offer end-user technical training sessions • Create documentation to enhance IT literacy • Participate in IT projects and initiatives • Maintain inventory of IT assets • Participate in client events and forums • Support business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or at least 3 years of relevant experience • Strong problem-solving abilities • Keen attention to detail • Capability to work independently and collaboratively • Proficient understanding of LDAP and AzureAD • Expertise in Office365 administration • Basic understanding of SharePoint Online • Familiarity with MacOS and Windows Operating Systems • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting • Experience in light scripting with interest in process automation
