• Partner with Marketing leaders and stakeholders in Finance and Accounting • Enter and maintain Marketing department budget data • Provide necessary reports and documentation for financial reporting • Generate and analyze budget reports • Assist in month-end activities • Process invoices daily • Resolve invoice discrepancies • Analyze vendor invoices for cost-saving opportunities • Prepare Marketing team member expense reports

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years of experience in accounts payable or similar financial role • Proficient in SAP, Anaplan, and MS Office suite • Experience in invoice payment and administration • Experience in budget reporting • Maintaining confidentiality • Partnering with cross-functional teams • Highly organized • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Ability to interact professionally • Strong problem-solving skills • Ethical and trustworthy • Ability to work independently to set and achieve goals
