• HR Recordkeeping • Setup and maintain employee files • Prepare and set up for new employee onboarding • Examine employee files to find answers to inquiries • Compile and prepare reports and documents • Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans • Search and review resumes • Conduct behavioral based interviews • Collaborate with hiring managers • Manage the HR email inboxes and phones • Ensure high levels of service and accurate information
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree • Required Experience: 1-3 years of HR or related experience • Knowledge of principles and procedures in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, payroll, benefits or HRIS systems • SHRM certification required • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities • Strong attention to detail • Dependability • Outstanding organizational ability and strong follow through • Self-motivation and discipline • Problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office
