Description

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions • Gather and evaluate user requirements • Conduct user research, build out user personas and usability studies • Create wireframes, storyboards, user journeys, process flows, and site maps • Develop UI mockups and prototypes • Prepare and present design ideas and prototypes • Design graphic user interface elements • Communicate ideas clearly with product and development teams • Find creative ways to solve UX problems • Conceptualize original ideas • Establish and promote design guidelines • Keep abreast with competitors and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role • Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JS • Portfolio of design projects • Knowledge of wireframe & high-fidelity mockup tools • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture • Up-to-date knowledge of design software such as Figma, Invision, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders • Good time-management skills • Analytical mind with a business acumen • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
