📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new provider accounts including doctors' offices, med spas, wellness clinics, and telehealth platforms. • Promote pharmacy services such as compounded medications, weight loss therapies (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide), hormone replacement, dermatology products, and other customized therapies. • Educate providers on clinical benefits, patient outcomes, and practice growth strategies. • Manage ongoing account relationships through regular check-ins, training, and support. • Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams (pharmacists, operations, customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment and provider satisfaction. • Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM tools. • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales (compounding or wellness sales preferred). • Proven success in account management and consultative selling. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Familiarity with aesthetics, wellness medicine, telehealth models, or functional medicine is a plus. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
