📋 Description
• Implementation, operation, and maintenance of Paylocity’s Salesforce.com instance and related tools • Continuously improve and enhance the Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback to drive innovation • Support all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions • Liaison with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical information in a digestible manner • Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred • Salesforce certified Admin required • Salesforce advanced Admin certification strongly desired • 5+ years’ experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems • Team player with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks independently • Comfortable with high volume, fast paced environment with the ability to identify solutions through critical thinking • Ability to conduct various system maintenance functions across tools
