• Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organizations. • Direct recruiting experience within insurance, warranties, or other high-volume sales environments preferred. • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet hiring targets, and manage shifting priorities. • Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habits. • Comfort with fast-paced environments and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. • Experience with onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and cross-functional communication is a plus.
