• Independently reach out to prospective new customers to generate sales opportunities • Use multichannel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and in-person visits • Conduct structured needs analyses to establish the basis for successful deals • Schedule and optimally prepare initial meetings for Sales Managers • Document all activities in Salesforce and ensure a clear handover
• Experience in telephone-based sales/customer contact • Enjoy researching target customers/prospects • Empathy and the ability to tailor conversations to individual needs • Disciplined, process-driven working style with CRM systems • Excellent German communication skills and good English proficiency • Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week
