• Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events. • Qualify leads based on defined criteria. • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects. • Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives. • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required. • Must be a German Native Speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfort with outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
