• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in senior sales roles • Strong experience in telephone prospecting (cold calling) • Experience with modern, AI-driven call centers or intelligent sales tools • Understanding of data-driven controlling • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience in the fitness or health industry • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) • Business-fluent German and good English skills
