📋 Description

• Take inbound calls to consult and advise clients on health insurance options • Responsible for outbound follow-up • Meet daily sales metrics, goals, and carrier quality expectations • Navigate multiple computer applications during calls • Participate in an extensive 4-week training program to kickstart your career

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess an active resident state health insurance license • Previous sales experience or a passion for learning and growing in a sales role • Strong technology skills; able to navigate between multiple systems • Coachable and teachable • High level of integrity and customer focus to maintain and exceed quality scores • Align with eHealth’s mission and demonstrate our values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
