📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for caregiver roles • Source, screen, and move candidates quickly through the hiring process • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate next steps with urgency • Partner with branch leaders to meet hiring goals and staffing demands • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workday + Phenom) • Leverage sourcing tools like Indeed, Phenom, and other platforms to build pipelines • Monitor recruiting metrics (calls, offers, hires) and adjust strategies • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication with candidates and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume recruiting (healthcare, or home care industry strongly preferred) • Proven ability to manage large candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-focused setting • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability • Experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing platforms
