📋 Description

• Create Market and Sales plans based on Electrosonic ideal customer profiles • Proactively pursue new clients for AV services and support contracts • Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to target contacts and decision-makers as necessary to generate new business • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify service sales opportunities • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on recurring services revenue • Present the company, AV service offerings, and value propositions clearly and persuasively • Demonstrate how AV services solve customer challenges in corporate, education, healthcare, or enterprise environments • Present customer success stories and use cases to showcase service value and outcomes • Influence and guide clients through the buying process using a consultative sales approach • Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams to align customer needs with offerings • Prepare quotes, proposals, and service contract documentation accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking activities, opportunities, and forecasts • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs related to service contracts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of inside sales experience • Proven experience selling AV services and service contracts (managed services, maintenance, support agreements, SLAs) • Solid understanding of AV technologies and environments (Unified Communications, room systems, collaboration tools, control systems, etc.) • Experience engaging and influencing IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and technical decision-makers • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
