📋 Description

• Strategic and Complex Sales: Manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers (Marketing Directors, CEOs, Procurement) and larger agencies. • Evangelizing the Globo Ecosystem: Sell the full portfolio, including TV (linear and connected TV) and special projects, positioning Eletromidia as a business partner, not just a media outlet. • Account Planning: Develop long-term strategic plans for each client account, identifying opportunities to capture share of wallet from other media. • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and consumer trends to proactively propose solutions to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • Experience in consultative sales for advertising and digital media • Fluent English preferred • Established network with mid-to-large agencies and direct advertisers • Strategic business mindset: ability to discuss ROI, branding, and performance with C-level executives • Strong analytical skills to cross-reference audience data
