• Maintain strong relationships with the existing portfolio of partners; • Prospect new partnerships; • Develop new business with existing partners by identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to achieve established targets; • Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients in the portfolio; • Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication; • Identify opportunities for growth and business expansion with existing clients, implementing sales and upselling strategies; • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics; • Prepare reports and results presentations for portfolio clients; • Manage time and organize day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with the area's SLAs; • Prioritize requests considering client impact, revenue and agreed deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree (any field); • Previous experience in sales and managing client portfolios; • Analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics; • Results-oriented professional; • Knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; • Ease creating presentations (storytelling); • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Good time and task organization; • Availability to travel if necessary; • Experience in trade marketing (preferred); • Experience in consumer goods, food & beverage or related sectors (preferred); • Hands-on experience using AI agents (preferred); • Intermediate English (preferred); • Previous experience with lead management tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar) (preferred); • Public speaking course (preferred).
