• Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with mid- and high-end hotels and guesthouses across Brazil; • Conduct in-person (face-to-face) meetings with decision-makers and influencers, delivering commercial presentations and leading negotiations; • Work in a consultative manner, understanding clients' pain points and proposing tailored solutions supported by data and AI; • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract closing; • Analyze market data, client performance, and commercial KPIs to guide decision-making; • Ensure excellent service and post-sale support to strengthen long-term partnerships; • Keep commercial reports organized and up to date for leadership; • Operate with a high level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a sense of ownership; • Attend the Alphaville office in person once per week.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive / B2B Sales professional in the hospitality, tourism, or services sector; • Strong hunter/closer profile with a consistent track record of closing deals; • Solid experience with in-person (face-to-face) negotiations; • Experience supporting clients across Brazil, with availability for frequent travel; • Valid driver's license (CNH) and experience driving; • Ability to work with high autonomy and self-manage your schedule; • Familiarity with using data, KPIs, and commercial analysis; • Knowledge of, or interest in, AI-based solutions, leveraging technology to solve problems and drive efficiency; • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strategic business vision. • Preferred: • Previous experience serving hotel chains or independent high-end guesthouses; • Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools; • Innovative, curious, and technology-oriented profile; • Experience at technology solution companies for the hospitality industry.
